Milled wood panels
Milled wood panels are the most versatile and stable for use on the door’s external side. The wood’s surface is enhanced by patterns and inserts that bring the door a dash of creativity.
Special working with bas-relief of varying thickness permits further types of decoration for precise and original style.
Milling is a particular type of engraving performed using numerical control machines. The pattern is sent to the milling machine that faithfully reproduces it on the wood support in a single piece with very stable, long-lasting materials.
This technology is used to produce classic or modern designs that can be additionally enhanced by inserts in steel or ceramic.
The panes are finished using either lacquers in an infinite number of colours or transparent varnishes that bring out all the more traditional wood’s warmth and grain.
Security doors
All Torterolo & Re doors are sturdy and resistant to every type of intrusion, insulated against the noise and heat, and impermeable to air and water. All doors can be “suited” as preferred: there are thousands of different combinations of colour, material, and finish.
